Situations where the right of withdrawal does not apply
EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections outline the cases that may or may not apply to this shop. Delete those that do not apply.
Digital content downloaded with the customer’s express consent
When you purchase digital content (downloadable files, streaming videos, online courses with immediate access, software licences, etc.) and expressly request its immediate delivery, acknowledging that, in doing so, you forfeit your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period ceases to apply (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Express consent is obtained at the time of completing the purchase.
Services commenced during the withdrawal period at the customer’s request
If you ask us to start providing a service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you may still withdraw, but you must pay us a pro-rata amount for the work already carried out (Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Your express request will be recorded at the time of checkout.
Personalised items, perishable goods, vacuum-packed or hermetically sealed items
Items manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalised, products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable goods), items sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, and sealed audio, video or software recordings that have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal — Article 16(a), (c), (d), (e) and (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Accommodation, rental, catering or temporary leisure activities
Services linked to a specific date or period of provision, such as accommodation not intended as a main residence (hotels, holiday rentals), car hire, freight transport, catering services and leisure services, such as tickets for events, are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 16(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
