BUSINESS PLAN
MILANO COSMETICS (MATRIX)
- Start up: Design, planning and execution of all the elements for the start up of a company.
- Delivery of products, furniture and other items of the start-up package according to the planned development plan
- Assembly in terms of room assembly. MILANO fitters come to your premises to assemble the furniture and furnishings.
- Milano Training takes care of the pre-selection, selection and training of the personnel chosen for the opening of the salon. Special support during openings to create a solid model.
START - UP
- Pilot training: additional training and support for the opening of pilot centres. These centres are of great strategic importance for the proper development of the network, as they represent the business test for the FM and the sales showcase for future customers and franchisees. Everything must be perfect.
- MF training: we will train the MF staff appointed by the operator to develop the whole process, from pre-selection to the selection of staff for each salon in the network, as well as the management, supervision and control of the whole network.
- Pilot fitters: we will send our national team of fitters for the initial assembly of the first vessels. After the assembly of the pilot halls, the assembly of the remaining halls will be carried out by: our Spanish fitters, if operating costs allow; local fitters paid and trained by Milan; or the MF's team of fitters, if the MF wishes to take over this process.
- Support department: Milano has an internal coordinator who will be the point of contact with the parent company to ensure smooth and efficient communication: incidents, orders, coordination.
DISTRIBUTION
- Milano Cosmetics also offers the possibility to include in the brand licence agreement the right to distribute Milano Cosmetics products outside the network of Milano Cosmetics Italian Hairdressers salons nationwide.
- This is an additional line of business to salon management. This vertical completes the Milano Cosmetics practice proposal.
- This additional project requires a commercial structure to ensure market penetration, as well as the logistical capacity to manage the import, storage and distribution of the products.
INVESTMENT ASSUMPTIONS
- The National Master Franchise programme provides the rights to market and exploit the brand in the country of interest.
- The aim is to create 1 to 4 pilot salons to determine the performance of the salons. These will be focused on a single city to increase brand exposure. From these salons, an opening plan is developed according to the country.
- The structure of the MF company requires 2 profiles: an investor profile and an operator profile to manage the network.
