CONDITIONS OF SALE

Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with the law, the user has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of shipping costs, it being a prerequisite that the user contacts customer service. If this prior communication is not made, the return cannot be processed.
However, in order to make the return, it will be necessary for the product to be delivered with its packaging in perfect condition, for the product and its accessories to be in perfect condition, as well as for the product to be packaged in such a way that it cannot deteriorate during transport, assuming possible damage during transport. Milano Cosmetics will not accept the return of the product if it shows obvious signs of use. The returned product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the delivery note.

Once we have received the goods in our warehouse, and after checking their condition, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The costs of handling the return will be borne by the user before the return.

Defective products or incorrect shipments:
In the event that the product is returned due to a lack of conformity (defective products or incorrect shipment), the user will have the right to opt either for the refund of the financial amount paid or for the replacement of the product with another one with identical characteristics. In these cases, Milano Cosmetics will be responsible for the cost of shipping or returning the product.
You have 7 days from delivery of the product to return it, it being a prerequisite that you contact the customer care department within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order, stating the reason for the return and attaching a photocopy of the delivery note. Without this prior communication, the return cannot be processed.

However,
- In the event of a return due to wrong delivery, the product must be delivered with its packaging in perfect condition, the product and its accessories must be in perfect condition and the product must be packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport, the latter being responsible for any damage during transport. Milano Cosmetics will not accept the return of the product when it shows obvious signs of use.
- In the event of a defective product, the user will endeavour to have the product arrive in the best possible condition.
The reimbursement of the amount will be made in the manner in which the user originally paid for the purchase and provided that the above requirements are met.

5. Security.

The website uses industry-accepted computer security techniques such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorised access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/customer accepts that the provider obtains data for the purpose of authentication of access controls. All contracting processes or processes involving the input of personal data shall always be transmitted via a secure communication protocol, so that no third party has access to the electronically transmitted information.

6. Age of purchase.

The minimum age for purchase on www.milanocosmetics.it is 18 years.
